Chief Executive Officer
Lew Lester
Lew has been in the Financial & Securities Industry since 1987 and has extensive experience in Broker/Dealer Operations, Institutional and Retail Brokerage, Corporate Finance, Fund Management, Mergers and Acquisitions and Strategic Planning. Lew oversees the strategic direction of CMS, as well as the implementation, evaluation and supervision of all strategic development, day to day operations and personnel including Financial Analyst, Strategist, Legal, Compliance, and Support staff.

President and Chief Strategist
Bob Colvin
Bob authored the Risk Analytics Interest Rate Risk Management Report and Balance Sheet Management software, one of the top A/L management tools available to Community Financial Institutions today. He created the “Index Powered® CD,” an equity-linked CD program for Community Financial Institutions. He created the “eTN®” an electronic transaction network for wholesale banking transactions and more recently created the Capital Market CD (CMCD), the first securitized CD program in America. Bob has taught at the Madison Graduate School of Banking, provided training for bank examiners both nationally and at the state level and is a frequent industry speaker on balance sheet management issues for community banks.

EVP Funding and Capital Markets
Daniel Skehan
Daniel specializes in the areas of Funding, Strategic Assets, Loans and Secondary Capital to provide growth and maximized earnings to CMS clients and members. Funding Solutions includes term, overnight, member and non-member deposits. His knowledge of interest rate risk and asset/liability management complements the understanding of the integral relationship of liabilities and assets. Daniel has Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Culverhouse School of Business at the University of Alabama, and was also a member of the Alabama 2018 College Football National Championship Team. Daniel is also a board member, and the current Treasurer, for Unique Individual Ranch (“UIR”). UIR is a non-profit organization whose goal is to provide a safe and caring environment in which special needs children can learn and thrive.
SVP Capital Markets
Ryan Enright
Ryan is directly responsible for implementing loan strategies with CMS clients. Ryan works with clients to make certain they have the necessary tools to manage their portfolios as well as educates them on relevant topics and regulatory changes. Ryan has over fifteen years’ experience selling fixed-income products. His experience includes wholesale and retail sales with MetLife Investors and QP Financial Services.

Capital Market Specialist
Mark Kotasek
Mark has an extensive 20+ year career with expert knowledge in the finance industry, specifically commercial and investment banking. He serves as a valuable asset to our team overseeing the capital markets functions for our CMCD program. Mark is a syndicate operator with significant expertise in regulated financial institutions, an originator, and a leader in business development. He previously worked for NatWest Markets (formerly RBS Greenwich Capital) taking on roles as Managing Director, Executive Board Member, Head of Financing & Risk Solutions, Head of US Syndicate, and Senior Capital Markets Officer. Throughout his career, Mark has served on Operating Committees, been involved in Senior Leadership with his firms, and was an Executive Director on the Board of a US Primary Dealer. He contributed to restructuring, recapitalizing, and refinancing the world’s once largest bank by total assets, market capitalization, and FICC institutional transaction flow. He has successfully closed over 28,000 programatic financings and hedges. He obtained a B.S. from the United States Military Academy and is a proud veteran.
General Counsel
Bill Colvin
Since 2000, Bill has worked with credit unions and community banks, state and federal regulatory agencies, in the development of innovative deposit products and delivery systems. Bill is experienced in constructing in-house policies and procedures for financial institutions; creating intellectual property strategies; and drafting various types of service agreements, disclosure statements, and third-party contracts relative to banking products and services. Bill's expertise includes anti-money laundering procedures regarding remote deposit transactions; financial derivatives securitized by certificates of deposit; brokered/ non-brokered designations for wholesale deposit transaction systems; and accurate disclosures under the Truth in Savings Act applicable to market-linked certificates of deposit. Bill received his juris doctorate degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 1989, and is admitted to practice in Kansas, Missouri, and the United States Supreme Court.

Senior Strategist
Reade Fors
Reade is responsible for coordinating, integrating and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of the firm’s risk reporting products. He coordinates and performs interest rate risk analysis as well as monthly portfolio reporting for clients and assists in client relationship management. Reade works closely with the Client Strategies Group, providing research and analytical support for evaluating different strategic opportunities available to clients. Reade has a Bachelor of Science in Management degree in Finance and a Master of Finance degree both from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business. Reade is a CFA charterholder.

Director of Marketing
Jackie Lester
Jackie coordinates and manages all marketing campaigns, press releases, brand awareness, social media and supports sales with lead generation efforts. She has previous experience at an Industry Leading Marketing and PR agency where she managed accounts for Professional Sports Organizations and Fortune 500 Companies. Jackie graduated cum laude from the Culverhouse School of Business at the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration degree, majoring in Marketing and a minor in Public Relations. She was a member of National Honors Society, PRSSA and Phi Mu, Alpha Zeta Chapter.

Director of Information Technology
Lewis Lester Jr.
Lewis manages day to day Information Technology and Support programs while ensuring rigorous security controls are operational. Implementing new, innovative procedures, Lewis’s knowledge has played an important role in the success of CMS. He has worked in the Information Security and Technology industry for 6+ years. While attending Georgia Tech, he obtained a Cyber and Network Security Certificate. He also obtained Vendor Risk Management Expert, Incident Response Management Expert, Privacy Professional, and the GRC Professional Certificates from OneTrust, as well as Cyber Security Professional Certificate from Google. He has worked with International Accounting firms, Healthcare companies, Sequoia and Y combinator funded startups, and Non-Profits to build their compliance programs and secure internal systems.

Accounting and HR
Lisa Morgan
Over thirty years’ experience in all areas of accounting to include knowledge of defined contribution record keeping, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, corporate financials and all ares of human resources. Her financial experience includes multiple areas of business for both C-Corp and S-Corp structures. Mrs. Morgan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting with a Minor in Psychology from Presbyterian College.
